Information for Exhibitors

Please note the exhibition will end ONE DAY EARLIER than previously announced.

<Installation period>

All exhibitors can access the venues from 9:00 to 18:00 on both the installation dates. Outfitters’ vehicles will be required to obtain a vehicle permit and the starting time for move-in will be assigned for each exhibitor by the secretariat.

<Dismantle period>
