Registration fees
- The registration fee for full, FAIS members and students includes: entry to the entire scientific program and all sessions, entry to exhibition, Opening Ceremony, Closing Ceremony, and a copy of the Final Program and the Abstract Book.
- The registration fee for accompanying persons includes: entry to the Opening Ceremony, Closing Ceremony, but NOT entry to the Scientific Program, or a copy of the Final Program or Abstract Book.
- Registered participants and accompanying persons are also invited to
attend Welcome Reception and Novartis Award Cocktail Party at no additional cost.
- Fee for the Official Party is JPY 4,000 (The party is fully booked).
- Accompanying persons are also entitled to a free Kobe half day sightseeing tour either on August 23 or August 24. Please note that this complimentary tour is for registered accompanying persons only. Congress participants can book this tour with a fee. Please visit the following site for the tour itinerary:

Cancellation policy: Cancellation must be made by informing the Registration Desk in writing by e-mail or FAX. The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation, as follows;
Cancellation received by March 31, 2010: Full refund minus an administrative charge of 3,000 JPY.
Cancellation received by May 31, 2010: 50% of the total amount paid
Cancellation received after June 1, 2010: No Refund
Invitation Letter and Visa Application Documents
Those who need an invitation letter from ICI 2010 or those who need visa application documents, please contact the secretariat at reg-ici2010[at]congre.co.jp after your registration. We urge you to please complete your registration by July 22, 2010, so that you would have ample time for applying for a visa.
Please note we will prepare necessary documents only to those who have already completed registration with required payment. When contacting the secretariat office, please let us know your registration No.
