Applications
- Applicants must be registered ICI 2010 participants (and have paid the congress registration fee).
- Due to requirements for preparing course materials, applicants must be able to participate in the entire program of the course on August 22. Printed materials will be handed out on the day (a CD-ROM will also be distributed).
- Applicants are required to submit a CV with their application, using the specified form.
- A total of 150 participants will be accepted in order of application. A small number of additional applicants will be wait-listed for places that may come available due to cancellations.
- Course participants will receive a certificate of completion. (Members of the Japan College of Rheumatology will be awarded three credits; due to unexpected changes in the situation, a CME credit cannot be awarded.)
